Warranty

At Dust Moto, we stand behind the quality of our bikes and ensure they are free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery. However, it's important to recognize that Dust Moto bikes are built for riding, not for indestructibility.

Warranty Coverage

Dust Moto is liable for defects arising in the powertrain within 2 years from the date of purchase and 1 year for the rest of the bike if registered and scheduled maintenance is performed, or 6 months if not registered or no evidence of maintenance is provided (unless otherwise specified by local law). A list of authorised dealers can be found at www.dustmoto.com. The original warranty is not transferable.

Warranty Limitations

Replacement or repair under warranty does not extend the original warranty period unless otherwise specified by local law. Dust Moto reserves the right to determine whether to repair or replace any defective parts and may use new, reconditioned, or remanufactured parts during the repair process.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damages or issues resulting from:

  • Failure to follow proper maintenance guidelines (refer to the Dust Handbook).
  • Modifications, alterations, or the installation of non-Dust Moto parts.
  • Accidents, collisions, abuse, or neglect.
  • Competitive sports or extreme stunts.
  • Commercial rental use.
  • Ordinary wear and tear.
  • Repairs performed by unauthorized dealers or technicians.
